Tec7 Liquaseal is a liquid MS hybrid polymer that can be easily spread and forms a durable waterproof sealing membrane. It has a long lifespan and is suitable for various applications including repairs, finishing, and renovation of medium-sized roofs. It can be applied both horizontally and vertically on a wide range of roof and building materials. Additionally, Tec7 Liquaseal can be applied on slightly damp surfaces and becomes rain resistant within 2 hours.
