70cl / 52.5% / Distillery Bottling - An annual release celebrating Friar John, the producer of the earliest recorded Scottish whisky in 1494 and a monk at Lindores Abbey at the time. Matured entirely in ruby port casks, this expression is filled with dates, raisins, chocolate, jam, marzipan and spices on a soft-textured mouthfeel.
