70cl / 40% - Founded in 1926 by the Norwegian Jens Reidar Larsen, Larsen make excellent cognac sourced from the Fins Bois and Grande Champagne regions of Cognac, distilling without the lees for a light and elegant spirit. The VS is a fresh, fruity expression, with notes of dried apricot, orange blossom and vanilla. Ideal enjoyed over ice, and marvellous in cocktails.
