70cl / 60.3% / Distillery Bottling - The second set of releases from Isle of Raasay’s fascinating Na Sia series, exploring the effect very different casks have on peated and unpeated Raasay spirit. Now at seven years old, this is the peated version aged in a single American rye cask sourced from Woodford Reserve. The rye influence is visible in peppery spice and butterscotch laid on top of Raasay’s delicate smokiness, rich fruit and maritime edge.
