The fabric has a soft-to-touch pearlised finish that's also showerproof, making it perfect for light bursts of rain, and the hood is detachable so you can decide your level of protection before you head out. The high neck and chin guard with popper fastenings also add an additional touch of coverage to snuggle into when the wind starts to whistle on through.
