The boots are perforated to allow airflow and keep the legs cooler when turning out for extended periods. The boots benefit from a strengthened waterproof guard which covers the back of the pastern to protect the most sensitive area susceptible to Mud Fever and a strike pad on the fetlock. The LeMieux Turnout Boots follow the shape of the fetlock to prevent slipping and are ideal for horse’s with sensitive skin who benefit from protection against the winter elements.
