Return & refund: Send the samples back within 14 calendar days, in the same condition, and we’ll refund your £100.

Important: Swatches are limited and circulate between clients. Please return them on time so others can view the set.

If any swatch is missing or damaged on return, we may deduct a reasonable replacement fee from the deposit.
