Description

ART S8 3-way S8-3way is an eight-channel, three-way microphone splitter that is ideal for live applications, recording, and broadcasting, where microphone and line XLR input signals need to be sent to multiple mixing points.

Each channel provides one XLR input, one direct XLR output, and two additional transformer-isolated XLR outputs for a total of 3 balanced outputs from each individual microphone input signal.

Typical applications include sending 8 direct signals via the S8-3WAY to the front-of-house main mixer, with additional channels to the monitor mixer, while transformer-isolated balanced signals are sent to a remote recording station or used for broadcasting.

The ART S8-3WAY is equipped with the same high-quality transformers used in the popular ART S8 model. It is housed in a standard steel chassis designed for 1U rack mounting, ensuring years of reliable operation.
