Comprehensive Monitor ControlThe Lake People MC100 is a monitor controller that offers significantly more than conventional controllers. With numerous inputs, including a USB input with a high-quality D/A converter, two slave outputs, three speaker outputs, a subwoofer output, and a headphone path with X-Feed, the MC100 provides complete control over the audio signal. Stereo signal manipulation options such as Solo L/R, Channel Swap, Phase Reverse, Mono, Mute, and Dim functions, along with high-quality volume control, set this controller apart. Additionally, it is extremely low in noise and distortion.

Stereo Signal ManipulationThe stereo signal can be extensively manipulated using push buttons. The activated state is shown by LEDs. These functions include: solo left or right channel, swapping left and right channels, inverting the phase of the left channel, or switching the signal to mono. Dim (-20 dB) and Mute functions are also present to complete the set of options.

Volume ControlThe high-quality RK27 volume control with a 41-detent switch offers a massive 50 mm knob. It serves to attenuate the three stereo output paths plus the subwoofer (mono) output.

Stereo OutputsRear slave outputs "Slave Out 1" and "Slave Out 2" via balanced XLR sockets. These outputs can also be operated unbalanced. Level meters and other devices can be connected here, bypassing the volume control.

Rear outputs "A, B, C, and Sub (Mono)" feature balanced XLR sockets. The level of all groups can be set to 0, -6, -12 dB via switches on the back.

Output groups "A, B, and C" can be switched in single mode or in summing mode via push buttons on the front panel. The "Sub" output is activated individually, and the assignment to the respective group is stored and recalled when the output is activated again.

Headphone AmplifierThe headphone amplifier is activated by a button and has its own volume control. X-Feed is activated separately if desired, minimizing in-head localization when listening through headphones, simulating speaker playback. The X-Feed effect is adjusted by a turn pot. The headphone amplifier is extremely powerful, allowing connection of headphones with 1/4” (6.3 mm) and 3.5 mm jacks.
