They are made form 12mm thick die-cast zinc. This lightweight material is stronger and harder than other alloys at room temperature. Die-cast zinc can also withstand high temperatures and has good corrosion resistance. The hinges are powder coated for a premium quality, durable finish. They have pre drilled holes for quick and easy mounting.

The hinges conform to the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards, for protection from damage due to electrostratic discharge. Ideal for electrical panel or heating and ventilation systems. 110-4581
