The Magnetic Stretch Barrier is a semi permanent crowd control stanchion for high footfall areas. 18 high strength magnets are housed in the base of the post. The base of the post then engages with a steel plate that is fitted to the floor and it snaps into place. Once engaged and fixed in position the magnetic post can withstand up to 17kg of sideways force and takes a force of greater than 320kg to lift vertically.

The Base Plate 2mm thick with a diameter of 190mm. The plate can be bonded to the floor with adhesive or bolted to the ground.

The Post 1000mm in height with a 2.3 metre belt included. The post with a 4 way belt receptacle that allows you to attached up to 3 other belts to one post. Belt safety braking for slow release. *Installation may be required, please speak to Barriers Direct to discuss your requirements
