Zoe Axworthy is a Brighton based vegan food developer and Vegan baker specializing in gluten-free goods and treats. She started Viva Los Vegan eight years ago and it’s been her creative outlet to explore her passion for delicious sweet and savoury vegan recipes from all around the world. She works with Brighton based independent businesses such as Hisbe, Smorls, Kernel of Hove, Kindly and more.
