Share a bottle of chilled Prosecco at a spectacular open-air picnic concert set in the grounds of some of the UK’s most celebrated stately homes. The entertainments begin with a mounted display of British cavalry through the ages, followed by the toe-tapping live warm up act, and then look to the sky for the breathtaking parachute display.

Later, the evening gun salute heralds the commencement of the orchestral programme and the arrival of Britain’s favourite warplane. Amidst a volley of gunfire, you’ll hear the unmistakable sound of the Spitfire engine rumbling overhead, followed by a meticulously choreographed aerial display which takes place in the evening sky above.

The New English Concert Orchestra take to the stage with classical favourites such as the event’s signature piece, Beethoven's 'Battle Symphony', with a full complement of nearly 200 cannons, plus musket fire and fireworks providing a unique and breath-taking musical performance! The evening will close with a traditional flag-waving sing-along finale including Jerusalem, Rule Britannia and more, culminating in a dazzling fireworks extravaganza.
