It works by a physical action, coating and dehydrating lice and eggs rather than by a chemical insecticide, which means lice cannot become resistant to it. The formula also helps make the hair a less welcoming environment for lice, helping to protect against reinfestation for a period after treatment. Suitable for use on dry hair.
