70cl / 66.1% - This 1996-vintage rum is part of the fifth release in the Caroni Employees series and honours Deadat "Breeze" Manmohan, who worked for the distillery for nine years and is featured on the label in a photograph by Fredi Macarini. Made with a combination of four casks selected by Luca Gargano and 26 die-hard Caroni fans, this rum was bottled in 2021.
