70cl / 59% - A five-year-old rum from Australia's Beenleigh Artisan Distillery that was distilled in 2015, matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks until being bottled in 2021. Aromas of peaches, apricots, vanilla, coconut, raisins and lilac fill the nose, complemented by notes of stewed fruits, orange, dark chocolate, exotic fruits, vanilla and oak spice throughout the palate.
