75cl / 18% - Romate's Ambrosia Moscatel is a nectar-like sweet wine with buckets of fruit. Very rich, more aromatic though not quite as syrupy in texture compared to Pedro Ximenez, this will pair well with chocolate based desserts or even as an alcoholic ice cream sauce.
