It was distilled using unpeated Golden Promise barley and fully matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, creating rich and decadent expression. With brandy-soaked cherry and spearmint on the nose, this sumptuous drop comes through with dried ginger, fresh leather and cardamom on the palate into a bold finish. Bottled at natural cask strength, natural walnut colour and no chill filtration.
