70cl / 48% - The 18th release in Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Selection, Indelible is a fruity, lively Barbados rum that has been matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon casks and Californian Zinfandel wine casks. Aromas of strawberry jam, clementine, dried pineapple, coconut, leather, Victoria plum and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of black cherries, rich marmalade, raisins, hazelnuts, ginger and toasted oak throughout the palate.
