Transformers Battlegrounds is a turn-based tactical RTS created by the British developer, Coatsink Software. During the game, the player takes control over Autobots who are fighting against sinister Decepticons and their leader Megatron. Autobots' main goal is to prevent Decepticons from getting the AllSpark - an ancient artifact which in the wrong hands can destroy both, Earth and Cybertron. The game features many famous actors voice acting virtual heroes, including Michael Ironside as Optimus Prime. Gameplay Mechanics The action of the game is presented in an isometric view. Players take control over a group of Autobots fighting against Decepticons and their leader, Megatron. The gameplay is divided into separate missions during which players take part in turn-based encounters against evil robots.
