Panadol Soluble Lemon Flavour Tablets contain paracetamol 500mg in a lemon-flavoured soluble formulation that dissolves in water before drinking. They are used for the relief of mild to moderate pain, including headache, migraine, backache, period pain, toothache, sore throat and the aches and pains of colds and flu, and to reduce fever. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product, and do not exceed the stated dose. The soluble tablets contain sodium, which should be considered if you are on a low-sodium diet.
