75cl / 12% - A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier drawn largely from Grand Crus, this vintage reflects a fine year with depth and generosity burnished by half a decade ageing in the champagne house’s cellars. Cooked apple, poached pear and candied orange on the nose are complemented by patisserie notes of toasted almonds and warm croissants. A clean and lively palate provides mineral structure as shortbread and roast fruit join, before a long dynamic finish.
