The Makita HR2630 is a 3kg rotary hammer drill with 3 functions, rotary hammer for masonry drilling, rotary only for drilling wood, metal and plastics and hammer only for chiselling. Featuring a rubberised grip for excellent control and reduced user fatigue and an axial forward/reverse switch so the motor produces the same torque in both forward and reverse mode making it ideal for reversing bits out. With a new improved mode selection switch meaning that you can switch between rotary only, rotary hammer and hammer only without having to rotate the chuck. The variable speed trigger is ergonomically positioned for comfortable 2 finger operation and has a lock button for continuous use.
