The sub-counters are laid out in the classic 2-6-10 layout and are set against a rich black background, whilst bronze-coloured elements make crucial details stand out at a glance. An outer bronze-coloured track around the periphery of the watch’s dial offers the minutes, whilst the hours are represented by white Arabic numerals. A 12-hour function is found at 2 o’clock, balanced by a 30-minute counter at 10 o’clock. At 6 o’clock, a small second sub-dial combined with a date aperture can be found. The case of the Tissot Chrono XL Vintage watch is crafted from stainless steel. The push-pieces at 2 and 4 o’clock for effortless control over the chronograph features are coated in a black PVD treatment to match the rest of the watch’s 100-meter water resistant case.
