Based on an original design from 1946, this vintage-inspired Longines Heritage Classic 1946 Chronograph watch conveys charm and character throughout its 40mm stainless steel design. The model pays homage to the success and prestigious reputation of the famous Swiss watchmaker with a specially engraved caseback. A silver dial features crisp black Arabic numeral hour track, along with blued steel hands, an outer minute track and a bicompax chronograph layout. Two subs-scales are positioned at 3 and 6 o’clock, offering a small seconds function and a 30-minute totaliser. A central chronograph seconds hand sits underneath a strong pane of anti reflective and scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass, chosen for optimum protection over the surface of the dial. This men’s 40mm Longines Heritage Classic 1946 Chronograph watch is powered by the automatic L895 Calibre, which produces 54 hours of power reserve and performs at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The watch is fitted on a classic black leather strap with a stainless steel buckle.
