70cl / 47.4% / Signatory - This long aged single-cask Glenburgie comes to us from Signatory Vintage and their Symington's Choice series of exceptional single malts. Released as part of a quartet of 30-year-old Glenburgies, each showcasing a different sherry cask, this whisky was matured in a single ex-Pedro Ximenez cask. Rich and full of flavour, expect dark layers of dried fruits, chocolate and roasted nuts.
