Made with extra virgin olive oil and stoneground wholemeal flour, we handcraft them in small batches, without artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and bake them using traditional, time-honoured techniques. The result is a crunchy biscuit that pairs beautifully with rich and creamy hard cheeses such as our classic Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar or Rock Star, our distinctively rich cave-aged Cheddar.
