Lift the lid to discover a treasure trove of five award-winning cheeses – Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar; Red Storm vintage Red Leicester; Truffle Trove, our extra mature Cheddar with Black Summer truffle; Beech Wood, our mature Cheddar naturally cold-smoked over beechwood; and Rock Star, our vintage cave-aged Cheddar. They’re joined by Caramelised Balsamic Onion, Fig & Apple, and Rhubarb & Gin chutneys; our Black Bomber Welsh Rarebit and Rock Star Cheese & Wine cheese bakes; small-batch Spelt & Sea Salt and Fig & Cranberry crackers; and an elegant Welsh slate serving board. The festive feast is complemented by some of our guest suppliers’ most delicious products –  from extra virgin olive oil, buttery green olives and hand-carved Iberico ham to caramelised pistachios and baked apple and custard biscuits.
