Lavender Liniment from Carr Day & Martin is used both for cooling and heating effects. Used on swellings, aching joints and tight stiff muscles. The Lavender Liniment has added arnica and witch hazel to help reduce bruising, while added rosemary and spike lavender increase's circulation. Simply use as a rub before exercise to warm up cold and stiff muscles or joints. Alternatively dilute in hot water for a warm soothing wash. You may also use the liniment with cold water for a refreshing rinse to get rid of any grease or sweat.
