70cl / 58.8% / Dewar Rattray - A 2008 Tormore single malt from independent bottler AD Rattray that was matured in a single bourbon barrel for 13 years, before being bottled in September 2021 as part of its Cask Collection. Aromas of tangerine, crème brûlée and jasmine blossom fill the nose, complemented by notes of blood orange, brown sugar, red apple, cinnamon, mint, candy cane, toasted coconut and aniseed throughout the palate.
