Applications: Roofing - sealing and weatherproofing around gutters, flashing, downpipes, corrugated roofing, galvanised steel, lead and bitumen. Perimeter pointing - external sealing and weatherproofing around window and door frames. Remedial sealing - over other sealants, old putties and mastics. This sealant can be applied in all weather conditions and adheres to wet surfaces. It has high mould resistance, high elasticity and is compatible with copper, lead and bitumen. It can also be painted over with most paints.
