Applications include roofing, sealing and weatherproofing around gutters, flashing, downpipes, corrugated roofing, galvanised steel, lead and bitumen. For perimeter pointing, use to seal and weatherproof around window and door frames. Also suitable for remedial sealing over other sealants, old putties and mastics. Can be applied in all weather conditions and adheres to wet surfaces. It has high mould resistance, high elasticity and adheres to wet and oily substrates. Can be painted over with most paints. Compatible with copper, lead and bitumen.
