75cl / 13.5% - Organically farmed, the 2020 vintage St Emilion is made with a blend of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet-Franc grapes. Slightly lighter than previous years, but the palate is still fruity and robust, with notes of plums, black cherries, raspberries, violets and cassis. Pairs well with duck confit, mushroom risotto or roasted lamb.
