75cl / 13.5% - A carefully crafted Viognier from Cristophe Blanc in the Rhone Valley. Grown on just 0.33 hectares of land, only 50 metres from the winery. Cristophe is able to pick the grapes at the perfect moment to retain the acidity and freshness that is often lost with late harvesting. The granite soil of the terroir contributes to further depth to the existing floral and fruity flavours of the wine creating superb complexity.
