70cl / 43% / Compagnie des Indes - Made in 2007 at a mystery distillery in Australia, this rum was matured in a single cask for 11 years, before being bottled by Compagnie des Indes in April 2019.

A lively, spicy rum it has notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and banana throughout the palate, alongside red apples, ripe berries and caramel.
