75cl / 13% - Situated on the island of Santorini, this ancient vineyard produces grapes for one of the top wineries in Greece. The grapes are macerated on their skins and fermented in old clay pots which give the wine a pleasant tannic structure and aromas of tropical fruit, wet stone and iron. The palate is particularly savoury with sunflower seed, lime and baked hay. A wine for BBQ vegetables or grilled octopus.
