How does the Alerta Pearl distribute pressure relief The Alerta Pearl Overlay Mattress system features 5" air cells, providing comfort, as well as ulcer prevention and treatment. These air cells are operated by a pump that provides a continuous alternating motion over a 12 minute period, ensuring that there is no undue pressure on one part of the patients skin. Easy to Use Pump With easy-to-use settings and features, it makes it easy for care providers to set up the air mattress quickly and run it at the ideal pressure within seconds for any patients.
