Masterwrap HD Plus XL is a semi-automatic stretch wrapping machine with a rotary arm, ideal for securing unstable or irregular loads. It works by keeping the pallet still while the rotary arm circles it, wrapping the film around the palletised load - great for goods that cannot be spun on a turntable pallet wrapper. This rotary arm pallet wrapper has a PGS carriage. PGS stands for Power Pre-Stretch Gear System, which means the film is stretched before being applied. This reduces film usage and material costs, improves load containment as the load is applied under tension, and improves wrapping consistency.
