70cl / 52.9% - Part of a very limited one-off 12 bottle series from Mossburn, The Unconformity is a blended malt was sourced from two undisclosed Speyside distilleries. This expression pays tribute to the pioneering 18th century geologist James Hutton, who derived his theories from his observation of rock formations near Mossburn’s more recently established Reivers distillery. A grassy nose with hints of lemon and apricot leads into a zesty palate, with honey, white pepper, linseed oil and wood spice.
