The 'Bathroom Quality Checklist’ allows plumbing members to provide to their customers a record of the quality checks undertaken after installation of a bathroom suite or part suite. The form allows information to be recorded against the wash basin, bath, WC, bidet and shower, which will demonstrate to a client the checks and tests undertaken.
