The Fumes Investigation report comprehensively details your findings when a customer reports a suspected escape of fumes.

Designed to be completed in accordance with the current requirements of BS7967, parts 1-3 (see BSI16-19) with regards to the use of Flue Gas Analysers. This form allows the recording of up to 4 gas appliances; the reasons for concern and any observations. Includes detailed notes of CO/CO2 ratio levels to support your investigation. Each set of forms is printed with a unique serial number.
