In accordance with BS 6700 and relevant Water Regulations, this form will allow members of Competent Persons Scheme to record findings in relation to the pressure testing of hot and cold water supplies.

The form allows up to four pressure tests to be recorded and to record details of any sanitary ware that has been fitted.
