CORGIdirects “Ground Source Heat Pump Commissioning Certificate” is designed as a two-part form for recording the pertinent details of the installed and commissioned system. Part one of the form allows the technical details of the system to be recorded whilst Part two is a simplified ‘checklist’ that will convey to the customer once completed that the system has been installed and commissioned in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, standards and codes of practice.
