50cl / 40% - Jinmaek soju is made to an old-fashioned recipe using organic local wheat from the south of Korea. Wheat was one of the original ingredients of soju, but hasn't been used widely in years. Jinmaek has revived the tradition, creating a well-balanced soju with citrus and spice notes.
