50cl / 40% - Hwasim's Roasted Sweet Potato soju, made with, as the name suggested, roasted sweet potatoes. Hwasim's distiller has been inspired by Scottish whisky production and their time brewing beer in Scotland, and this soju combines that with a complex character created by roasting sweet potato before fermenting and distilling. The result is a musky and floral soju, with dark and roasty notes.
