This solution is ideal for all MAF/LMM engines that want or even need to calm their airflow. To determine the correct air mass/air volume, it is essential to have a smooth and harmonious air flow at the MAF sensor. However, this is often no longer the case, especially with more powerful engines. Either due to modified intakes, pipes, bends, air filter boxes, etc.... Our Honeycomb installation kit is installed in front of the MAF and calms the intake air so that the correct values can be determined by the sensor again. The aluminum ring allows the entire module to be welded to the pipe to the MAF or directly to the MAF housing. In combination with the supplied plastic fixing ring, the honeycomb grid always remains in a fixed position.
