75cl / 12.5% - From Balfour in Kent, this is the 2025 vintage of this tribute to the aromatic Bacchus grape. On the nose it shows floral notes of elderflower, rose petal and citrus, while the palate displays crisp apple, a touch of rose and spicy citrus. This wine was made for drinking in the garden over a good salad with some fresh artichoke or goat’s cheese.
