Description

Optimal for type-K sensors in connection with digital CAN Bus displays and standalone ECU's CANchecked TCC08 - 8x Thermocouple Amplifier to CAN Bus One of the smallest and fastest type-K converters in the world Optimal for type-K sensors in connection with digital CAN Bus displays and standalone ECU/s The TCCXX is a so-called "Thermocouple Amplifier" - i.e. a device that amplifies and converts the signal of a type K sensor. The TCCXX are the big siblings of our TCC01 . However, the significant difference lies in the data transmission. While the TCC01 outputs an analog 0-5 volt voltage, the TCCXX send their measured values ??to the CAN bus. Our TCCXX is available in four different sizes and designs:TCC04 – 4x Type-K to CAN TCC06 – 6x Type-K to CAN TCC08 – 8x Type-K to CAN TCC10 – 10x Type-K to CAN These allow you to connect up to ten Type-K thermocouples and send the measured values ??via CAN bus and/or monitor them directly on your WLAN-enabled device. Type-K thermocouples are suitable for various applications such as measuring exhaust gas temperature (AGT), temperatures before/after the intercooler, cylinder head temperatures, water temperature, oil temperature and more. All measurements are cold junction compensated with a measuring range of 0 to 1250°C in 0.25°C resolution (14bit). The TCCXX have a four-pin DTM connection for CAN/power and miniature K sockets. The CAN 2.0A/B standard is supported with flexible configuration. This means your next EGT to CAN module is compatible with many devices from other manufacturers. The highlight is the WLAN connectivity, which you can use to configure and update your module via smartphone or PC and query the current temperature and thermocouple status. Configuration The devices can be configured via WLAN:Can Speed: 125kbps, 250kbps, 500kbps, 1Mbps Emulation: Standard, Motec, haltech, Ecumaster, AEMnet Change of standard Can Bus Id Big/Little Endian change We also support the following control devices: Emtron MaxxECU Motec Haltech Ecumaster (black/classic) LinkECU
