70cl / 38% - Traditional Paraguayan rum, made with reduced sugarcane juice and aged in native hardwoods before finishing in French oak casks. No additives, sugar or colouring are added. Elegant, with a nose of honey and cocoa, opens up to toffee and spices on the palate, before a clean finish ushered in by vanilla and warming, peppery spice.
