Distilled in 2009 and matured for 16 years in a refill oloroso sherry cask, marrying the distillery's soft and elegant style with the richness of oloroso. On the nose expect aromas of dried fruit, butterscotch, and honey leading to flavours of caramel, sultanas, orange peel, and soft oak spice.
